By purchasing a ticket or attending our events, you agree to the following terms:
1. Ticket Purchase
- All ticket sales are final unless stated otherwise
- Tickets are non-refundable except in case of event cancellation
2. Event Changes
We reserve the right to modify event details including venue, schedule, and lineup if necessary.
3. Admission
- Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket
- Attendees must follow venue rules and event guidelines
4. Code of Conduct
We aim to create a safe and enjoyable environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in removal without refund.
5. Photography & Media
By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. These may be used for promotional purposes.
6. Food & Beverages
- If included, food will be provided as mentioned in the ticket
- Drinks may be available for purchase unless stated otherwise
7. Liability
- House of Celebrations is not responsible for:
- Personal injury
- Loss or theft of personal belongings
- Any damages incurred during the event
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for cancellations or delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, government restrictions, or emergencies.
